We have Ebikes!

We offer top of the line gear including a new line- up of Electric Bikes. We also carry Glide and Bic Tough-Tech Paddleboards. Our kayak line-up consists of Hobie Kona tandem kayaks, Hobie Lanai single kayaks, Ocean Kayak Tretra 10 single kayaks and Ocean Kayak Malibu Two tandem kayaks. Our non electric bikes consist of broad array of 21 speed hybrid comfort bikes as well as mountain bikes that are perfect for the paved Lake Almanor Recreation Trail which meanders along the lake and through the woods on the West Shore. You can ride from our shop as the trailhead for the bike path is just down the road. Our bike brands consist of Specialized, Trek, Giant and Rad.

Rates

Multi day rentals are not only allowed but encouraged.

KAYAKS

  • One person kayak per day: $60.00
  • Two person kayak per day: $80.00

STAND UP PADDLEBOARDS

  • 11Ft boards $60 per day.
  • 10Ft boards 60 per day.

BIKE RENTALS
  • Electic Bike Rentals:
  • $65 for up to 3 hours of use.
  • $90 All day. Full day use is from 9am to 4pm.
  • Ebikes are ONLY for the paved Lake Almanor West Shore Recreation Trail which runs along the lake and meanders through the woods. Bikes will fit riders from 4'10" tall up to 6" tall with a 250 pound weight limit. The bikes are asphalt only bikes. No dirt or off roading.
  • 21 Speed Hybrid Comfort Bikes & Mountain Bikes:
  • $10 per hour
  • $30 per day 9am to 4pm

Lake Almanor Kayak, Paddleboard and Ebike Rentals is located on the southern tip of Lake Almanor in the small mountain town of Canyon Dam. Our shop is located next to the old general store. Its the large two story bright Red building. We represent the best opportunity for you to ride an electric bike, kayak or paddleboard on beautiful Lake Almanor. We are the only Electric Bike rental business located near the trailhead of the paved West Shore bike path.

Most of our 21 speed bikes have baskets so come prepared. Wear your bathing suit under your clothes, bring a beach towel and a picnic so you can take a swim and enjoy lunch during your ride. Please arrive prepared! Show up with food, lots of hydration, sunscreen, brimmed hat, sunglasses and a long- sleeved shirt.

While paddling or peddling, know that there are bald eagles, osprey, pelicans as well as a whole host of other birds and animals. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding or Cycling allows one to quietly observe many things otherwise impossible in a power boat.

So, come paddle or peddle at beautiful Lake Almanor and create a memory that you will hold close to your heart.
